Returns and withdrawal from the contract
If you buy as a Consumer or an Entrepreneur acting as a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days – without giving any reason. This period runs from the day you receive the Product you ordered (or the last Product of an order shipped in parts).
When can you not withdraw from the contract?
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- you ordered a service that has been fully performed with your prior, express consent, after you were informed that you would lose the right of withdrawal,
- you ordered a product made to your individual order, according to your specifications.
In addition, entrepreneurs buying within their business activity (without consumer rights) do not have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is enough to send us a declaration before the 14-day period expires. You can do this:

- or by using the model withdrawal form (PDF) — it is not mandatory.
Once we receive your declaration, we will confirm it by e-mail.
Returning the Product
After sending the declaration, you have 14 days to send the Product back to our address. The cost of returning the Product is borne by the Customer.
If, due to its nature, the Product cannot be sent back by ordinary post, information about the cost of return is given in its description.
Remember that you are only liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics and functioning – just as you would in a bricks-and-mortar shop.
Remember that the Store does not accept shipments sent COD (cash on delivery).
Refund of payments
After withdrawal from the contract, we refund all payments received, including the cheapest standard delivery cost. We do so without delay – within 14 days of receiving your declaration at the latest.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly ask for another arrangement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the Product back or until you provide proof of having sent it back.
